Making a Healthy Salad or Coleslaw Dressing

Hello FitFam Foodies.

Just thought to share a quick easy recipe for our salad / coleslaw dressing.

I mean because we have to eat clean does not mean we should eat dry bland salads.

So this is eazy-peazy...All you need do is this -






In a bowl, spoon about 5-6 dollops of Greek or plain unsweetened yogurt.

Add 2 caps of apple cider vinegar.

Add 2-3 tablespoons of honey.

Add a pinch of salt and a dash of dry pepper.

Whisk till smooth and all are combined thoroughly.

VOILA! You have a creamy, tasty and healthy dressing.

Cabbage Cup / Cabbage Wrap

Hello Fitfam Foodies!

Cabbage for the win, today!!!

I love cabbage for everything it's worth.

The crunch, the color, the flavor, the health benefits...name it!

It however breaks my heart when people only toss it in salads, slaw and soups.

Come on! For the love of food, can you make the CABBAGE the superhero in your meal already.


To make a Cabbage Cup / Cabbage Wrap


You will need :

Cabbage (leaves)

Any filling of your choice (I made steamed Chicken Veggie Sauce)

This is so so simple.

Just stuff your cabbage leaves with your filling (you can roll it up if you wish or just simply fold).

VOILA!


Though I had bought my cabbage to make some coleslaw...before I changed my mind. *winks*
